I will be happy with my body when....


- I lose x amount of weight

- My arms are more toned

- My skin is tan

- My cellulite is gone

- I have a flat tummy

- I have breast implants

And the list goes on. These are the lists I often hear when working 1:1 with clients.

What is your list? I always had a list too.

What I learned though is this...

No matter how much I...

- Restricted my food 🥑

- Pushed myself in the gym

- Punished myself in the mirror

- Had washboard abs

- Tried every diet 🥬

- Had tanned skin ️

- Missed out on sweets

- Pushed myself until I was burnt out 🧠

- Fit into a size 00

None of it mattered. None of it made me feel prettier or where I wanted to be. None of it made me happier with myself. All of it just became an obsession to be something more than I already was. In the photo above was when I hated my body the most and thought I was fat. When you can't see yourself, you only see what your mind believes.

It was not until I started my self-love journey 8 years ago that things started to shift. No matter how much weight you lose, it will not be enough if you live in a hateful place in your mind.

I became happy with myself and then I became a mother. If I didn’t do the work I do every day I would have gone back to my old ways but the work I do works and I am living proof of it.

When you learn to love yourself, the weight will shed off easier. My body went through a massive shift and it doesn’t look the way it did but I’ve learned to love these new parts of myself and to accept them.

This doesn’t just happen but takes daily practice. Being kind to your body on the days you don’t want to. Repeating affirmations such as, "I accept myself fully" each day. Being okay with looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing yourself for who you are. Speaking kindly to yourself or speaking nothing.

If you only focus on the weight or your stomach or the areas you can actually gain more weight. Our bodies hold everything within and these negative thoughts about ourselves can store in your body.

I help you to release these thoughts. To get into healthy routines with daily movement that makes you feel amazing. Moving and nourishment to feel good and not with the intention to be skinny. This will automatically get you feeling better in your body. Teaching you how to feel whole and happy within yourself. Healing past wounds, going through family lineage, and the deep inner child work to make massive changes in your life.
