 I understand that I'm asking a lot of you by taking this journey with me of learning how to love yourself as a whole. I used to be the farthest from self love but have found the tools to share with others for this unknown path. Imagine waking up and looking in the mirror seeing yourself for the first time. Seeing the REAL you and not the mask that has been hiding who you really are. Looking in the mirror and being happy with what you see instead of having disgust, shame or feeling you need to look different then you are. Imagine going throughout your day feeling at peace with yourself. Taking the time to do things that bring you joy. Only saying YES to things that make you feel alive. Not being hard on yourself or telling yourself you're not good enough because you are. Imagine waking up everyday grateful that you made it another day here alive instead of wishing you didn't wake up. Imagine how you would feel once you were aligned with your souls purpose and here doing what you came to this earth to do.

That would feel nice right?

For us to live a life of being kind to ourselves instead of competing and bringing ourselves down. A life FREE of insecurities and comparing ourselves to others. Here is a rough outline of what the program has looked like for a past client. 


Phase one: Inner Dialogue- What is the language you speak to yourself? Are you aware of your inner dialogue? I've found that often times we speak to ourselves in a way that we would never speak to others. This might have started when you were a child and got worse as you became an adult. Time to start changing that voice inside your head. 


How can you move forward if that voice in your head is telling you that you’re not capable of doing so? You have dreams and goals but, are you your worst enemy? What are the daily thoughts in your head? What if we could change that voice into being your biggest fan? We can and we will!


Phase two: Body image: How do you feel about your body? What do you love or not love about being in your skin? Your body is unique and it’s ready to be embraced. We will work on getting you to love all of YOU one part at a time. We live in a world where many people compare themselves to one another when in fact we are all different. It's time to starting being the YOU that you have always wanted to be. 


Phase three: Self Care: Are you someone that always gives to everyone and then at the end of the day you have nothing left for yourself? Do you feel guilty for wanting to take time for yourself? How can you give to others if you’re not recharging yourself. We will work on your regular routine and get you doing things that bring you back to life while not feeling guilty about it.

Learning to love the little moments and bringing Self Care into your day to do. This will fill your cup so you have energy and love left for yourself at the end of the day. When your cup is full, you have more to share with others. 


Phase Four: This week is determined by each individual persons needs. For some it's time management, dreams, intention setting, manifestation, or more from the following weeks. 

We will talk on the phone or zoom call twice a week for four weeks. The first call is 90 minutes and following are 45-60 minutes. The first call each week is coaching and second each week is a call to check in with your progress. Also to answer any questions. I will also be available via email throughout the process.


 You have THREE options for this program:


Program one is four weeks long, program two is two months long and program three is three months long. After each program you are given the option of a monthly check in at a discounted price. 


The four week program is a $825 value for $790

The two month program is a $1,650 value for $1,480 

The three month program is $2,475 value for $2,200

  Payment plan options: First payment due of 50% before our first session and second payment due two weeks after booking date.
