My top 10 must have oils for everyday life

Below each oil I wrote the top uses for each oil but this is only a few of the benefits for each oil. Most of my information is sources from personal experience, the book Emotions & Essential oils, and the Modern Essentials handbook. 

 

1. Frankincense: The oil of truth and an ancient treasure in biblical times. 

This oil invites you to let go of lower vibrations, lies, deceptions and negativity. Helps create new perspectives based on light and truth. Powerful cleanser of darkness and helps you connect with your highest self.

2. Lemon: The oil of focus and has an uplifting aroma that is often used to balance emotions while providing energy. 

Lemon engages the mind and aids concentration. Lemon supports the emotional body and the crisp scent improves the ability to focus. Teaches you to be mentally present. Lemon is especially helpful in cases of learning issues. For someone who has a hard time concentrating or feeling incapable of learning, lemon release thoughts of self judgement. Lemon will restore your confidence and inspire you.

3. Lavender: The oil of communication and calm. Lavender has been enjoyed and used to help soothe and relax for thousands of years.

4. Melaleuca (Tee Tree) The oil of energetic boundaries.  An oil known for many uses and is a favorite for skin care products. 

Melaleuca clears negative energetic baggage. Melaleuca helps break the ties of negative and toxic relationships in your life so that new and healthy connections can be formed. Helps you to release self-betrayal, getting taken advantage of, not standing up for yourself or feeling responsible for others feelings.

Melissa helps release everything and anything that holds you back from your highest potential. Melissa reconnects you to your voice. Helping you to let go of darkness, despair and low vibrations.

Pairs well with Lime, Tangerine and Red Mandarin.
